Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services and digital products provided by Liboska Coaching & Mentoring (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and the purchase or booking made by any individual or entity (“Client”, “you”, “your”). By booking a session, purchasing a digital product, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide executive coaching, business mentoring, leadership development, and related advisory services, delivered online or in person. The scope, duration, and format of services are agreed upon during the booking process via our online booking system.

2. Bookings and Payments

All coaching and mentoring sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our online booking platform.
Payment confirms your booking and secures your session time.
Prices are displayed in [currency] and may be subject to change without prior notice.
Corporate clients may arrange separate invoicing in writing.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the session will be charged in full.
No-shows are non-refundable.
In case of unforeseen circumstances on our side (illness, emergencies), we will offer an alternative session or a full refund.

4. Digital Products (Ebooks and Resources)

All ebooks and downloadable materials are sold as final, non-refundable products.
Upon payment, you will receive a download link or access instructions.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your own use.
Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased content is strictly prohibited.

5. Refund Policy

Coaching and mentoring sessions: Refunds are only available if cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe (see Section 3).
Digital products: No refunds are available after purchase.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure access to the necessary equipment (stable internet, software, etc.) for online sessions.
Coaching and mentoring are professional development services, not therapy or medical treatment. Results depend on your active participation and commitment.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching or mentoring sessions is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law.
We adhere to professional and ethical standards, aligned with EMCC and ICF Codes of Ethics.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, digital products, and materials shared during sessions remains the intellectual property of Liboska Coaching & Mentoring.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit these materials without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or digital products.
Our liability, if established, is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service or product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert jurisdiction, e.g., Poland / England and Wales / The Netherlands].
For international clients, disputes will first be resolved amicably, and if necessary, through the courts in Kraków, Poland.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
Continued use of services or products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
