My Story
Hi, I’m Ewelina Zalibowska
Executive and Business Coach
I work with founders, executives, and business owners who drive growth, shape strategy, and lead people. My work focuses on asking the right questions at the right moments to improve the quality of decisions and direction.
I began my journey into coaching and mentoring through practical, hands-on leadership experience.
I’ve always been fascinated by what makes a great leader: not just performance, but presence. Not just strategy, but self-awareness. That curiosity became a calling. Coaching and mentoring are continuous journeys; I stay sharp through ongoing supervision, advanced training, and international certifications.
For years, I led teams, made strategic decisions, and navigated the highs and lows of growing businesses. What stayed with me the most? The human side of leadership — how people think, relate, grow, and sometimes get stuck.
Today I work with founders, executives, and business owners who are ready to lead differently — with greater clarity, sharper thinking, and the kind of self-awareness that moves businesses forward. Coaching and mentoring are not just what I do. They are how I help leaders unlock what is already within them.
My Approach: Erickson Coaching International
As a leader and coach, I have learned that my role is not to provide all the answers, but to ask the questions that open new doors. Erickson has shown me how to do this—with focus, curiosity, and unwavering respect for the potential that exists within every individual.
