Every coaching, mentoring, or advisory engagement is custom-designed to reflect your needs, values, and the outcomes that matter most to you.

Contracting Session:

A focused 40-minute session to clarify your goals, align expectations, and agree on the best form of support, so we can start strong and with full clarity. This paid session ensures we dedicate time to co-create your coaching goals and set a clear path forward.

We’ll discuss what you want to achieve, how we’ll track progress, and whether coaching, mentoring, or advisory work best for your current needs.

Personalized Sessions:

Coaching:
Most coaching processes last between 5 and 10 sessions, typically held weekly or biweekly. Together, we co-create a rhythm that suits your growth and capacity. Single, one-off coaching sessions are also available if you need a sounding board, fresh perspective, or support with a specific challenge. Our work is focused on your personal development and achieving meaningful progress.

Mentoring:
Mentoring sessions are flexible in scope and frequency, adjusted to your pace and the complexity of the topics you bring. The intensity depends on your current needs and goals. This is a collaborative relationship where you decide the focus, and I support you with the right questions.

Advisory:
Advisory engagements vary widely — from a single meeting, through a few targeted sessions, to ongoing strategic support. This service is ideal for addressing complex projects or decisions that require intensive collaboration. We tailor the structure and duration to your business priorities. If you want to move quickly and value a collaborative conversation with an experienced partner, advisory is the right choice.

Summary & Feedback Session:

The Summary & Feedback Session is a reflective closing session held at the end of our coaching, mentoring, or advisory process.

This is a space to look back at the journey we’ve taken — to review your goals, acknowledge the progress you’ve made, and identify key insights, strengths, and shifts that occurred along the way.

We’ll also reflect on what worked well, what challenged you, and how you might sustain your growth moving forward. If needed, we’ll outline next steps, areas for further development, or new directions.

You’ll leave this session with:

  • A clear summary of your outcomes

  • Feedback to reinforce your learning

  • Tools or practices to support long-term impact

  • Greater self-awareness and closure for the process

This session is a powerful way to integrate the work, celebrate your development, and transition forward with confidence and clarity.

For this reason, pricing for organizational coaching projects is determined individually, following an in-depth consultation and needs assessment.
