For years, I led teams, made strategic decisions, and navigated the highs and lows of growing businesses. What stayed with me the most? The human side of leadership — how people think, relate, grow, and sometimes get stuck.
I’ve always been fascinated by what makes a great leader: not just performance, but presence. Not just strategy, but self-awareness. That curiosity became a calling.
Today, I work with founders, executives, and business owners who want to lead with clarity and confidence — and build something meaningful along the way. Coaching and mentoring aren’t just what I do; they’re how I help people become who they truly are — in both life and leadership.

With over 20 years of business experience, I’ve worn many hats — from analyst to sales director, to Managing Director successfully leading an independent production business unit within a multi-brand enterprise for nine years.
I’ve developed and executed B2B market expansion strategies, led 360° brand transformations, introduced customer-driven product development frameworks, and built scalable operational models that enabled sustainable growth.
Throughout my career, I’ve led complex organizational changes — from team restructuring to process redesign — always aligning business goals with people and execution.
I’ve modernized a portfolio of over 1,000 products, led full-scale brand transformations, and enhanced operational efficiencies. I’ve also spearheaded cultural transformation initiatives that strengthened collaboration and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
After more than a decade in leadership, I realized that success without clarity, connection, or purpose eventually burns out even the most capable people. I founded LIBOSKA to create that space for reflection, focus, and meaningful transformation. A space where founders, executives, and entrepreneurs can step out of the noise and reconnect with their vision, values, and inner compass.
