I’ve spent over 20 years in business — as a managing director, sales director, and analyst. I know how heavy leadership can feel, and I understand what it takes to move an organization forward.
I work with leaders who want more than a sounding board — someone who brings both sharp questions and the experience to know which ones matter.

My approach is structured and evidence-based. I work within a proven coaching methodology that focuses on where you’re going, not where you’ve been — on possibilities, clear goals, and what you already have to work with.
I'm an alumni of the Erickson Coaching International program, one of the world's leading coach training institutions.
My Professional Background
20+ years of leadership experience in business strategy, innovation, and organizational growth.
9 years of experience as a Managing Director leading a business unit in a large, multi-sector organization.
11 years of experience leading cross-functional teams focused on operational excellence and R&D.
Extensive experience in product development, CX strategy, and end-to-end new product introduction (NPI) processes.
